Built a full-stack project and task management platform in a Turbo monorepo with React 19, Vite, TanStack Router/Query, Zustand, Hono, Drizzle ORM, PostgreSQL, and Bun.
Designed real-time collaboration and cache invalidation flows using WebSockets, Redis Pub/Sub, Yjs CRDT, and query invalidation events for whiteboards, chat, and task updates.
Separated hot-path product events from background work with Redis Pub/Sub and BullMQ job queues for notifications, email, and async processing.
Implemented modular REST/OpenAPI APIs with Zod validation, Better-Auth sessions/OAuth/magic links, role permissions, S3-compatible storage, Meilisearch, and Mediasoup video/audio services.
